Using the demo
We do not ask for a username or an email address to use the demo, and we do not identify you that way while you are in it.
Your video stays on your device. We do not save your video, your audio, or your words on our servers.
Short voice clips are sent to Deepgram to be turned into text. That text may be cleaned up on your device, or sent to OpenAI. It may also be sent to OpenAI so the demo can show a short prompt above the camera. The text is then sent to a service that speaks it back.
We do not control Deepgram, OpenAI, or that voice service, and we make no promises about what they keep or how they use what they receive.

We do not score how often or how severely you stutter. We do not sell what we collect, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing.
What we do keep
We keep anonymous timing information about the demo, and ordinary technical details about the computer you used: IP address, browser and operating system, language, time zone, screen size, approximate processor and memory, graphics capability, and a rough measure of the connection. We use this to run the demo and to understand how it performs.
Questionnaire
After a session you can fill out an optional questionnaire on this site. Every question can be skipped. We store the answers with the same anonymous id we use for the demo's timings, so we can compare what you reported with how that session performed. That record does not include your name or email address.
If you leave an email address so we can invite you to try a later version, we store that address on its own. We do not store it with your fluency self-ratings, and we do not store it with the anonymous id.
Cookies and browser storage
The demo stores an anonymous id, your settings (including a male or female voice), and a speed-test result in your browser so it can run. The site also uses Google Analytics, which may set cookies to count visits.
These stay on, so the demo can work. There is no switch to turn them off. If you do not want that, do not use the demo.
